Shipt.ai Terms of Service

By accessing or using Shipt.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Service. You must be 18 years or older to use Shipt.ai. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to use such content in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use Shipt.ai to create, upload, or distribute any content that depicts or involves minors (real or simulated) in any way, involves incest, sexual exploitation, or other illegal content, uses, modifies, or replicates real individuals without their explicit, verifiable consent, or violates any applicable laws or regulations. Violations may result in immediate termination of your account and reporting to appropriate authorities. You retain ownership of the prompts and images you generate, subject to these Terms. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share using Shipt.ai. Shipt.ai is not liable for misuse of generated content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Shipt.ai for personal or commercial purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms. You may not sublicense, sell, or distribute access to the Service without our prior written consent. We may collect usage data, prompts, and interactions with the Service for the purposes of improving performance, security, analytics, and user experience. Certain data may be shared with partners or third parties in anonymized or aggregated form. By using Shipt.ai, you consent to such data collection and use. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy. Fees, payment terms, and subscription models are outlined on the Service’s payment page. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, your account data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, algorithms, and branding, belong to Shipt.ai. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding availability, quality, or suitability of generated content. Generated content may contain inaccuracies or biases; you are responsible for verifying its suitability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shipt.ai shall not be liable for damages arising out of your use of the Service. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in British Columbia, Canada, in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. We may update these Terms at our discretion. Changes will be posted on the Service with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
